Small firms: "Social media is useless" - Telegraph

A survey conducted by the Forum of Private Business (FPB) found that 52pc of respondents who use social media sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook or Twitter, regard them as ‘not useful’ or ‘useless’ to their businesses.

Well they are wrong. Social media is more important for small companies than anyone. The main problem with business is that business people are not always that bright. Business depends on massive failure for learning.
